Meet nearby Boardgame Players! Come to a Boardgames Meetup to play old favorites with new friends. Or new favorites with old friends, we're not terribly picky. The main purpose of this group is to get people together who enjoy playing boardgames. We have a solid core of people who enjoy playing, and would love to get more people interested. My favorite quote about playing these games is: "The goal is to win, but it is the goal that is important - not the winning" Most of the people who come to this abide by that rule. We all try to win, but no one minds it when they don't. The games we play are typically much more advanced than the Monopoly you grew up with as a kid. Games such as: Puerto Rico If you've never heard of them...no worries. Our group has some excellent game teachers. We'd love to share some of our favorite games with you! When you come, feel free to bring friends, games, food, or just yourself. It's a very social atmosphere, and a great excuse to get out for a night. Hope to see you all soon.

This is our weekly game night. We have these every Tuesday (at least for now, the exact day may change), and have a nice crowd of regulars. We'd love to grow it, so wether you are an avid game afficianado, or just someone without much else better to do on that night, stop on by. Read more
