 e lower level.\n\n\nBring:\nyour favorite game(s)\nyour snacks and soft dri
 nks\nor some cash to buy your refreshments in the "Book Nook" \n\nThe libra
 ry's "Book Nook" sells coffee / tea / hot chocolate for 1.00 12 oz canned s
 odas and bottled water for .75 assorted candies and chips .75 (the usual ve
 nding machine items\, without the machine).\n\nWe will plan the next game p
 laying date(s) and location before the library closes at 5:00 pm.\n\nAs dec
 ided upon by members in attendance in January\, regular attendees are expec
 ted to contribute $1 at each Meetup to help support the cost of the website
  ($72 each six months).  Surplus funds (if any) will be used to purchase sn
 acks and or prizes at the end of the billing cycle.  Automatic payments are
  collected by Meetup from the Organizer (Alene) in Feb and Aug.\n\nBecause 
 February may still have inclement weather\, please include your phone numbe
 r with your RSVP when prompted by the site so that I may contact you in the
  event of a cancelation or other emergency.  Your phone number will remain
