Introduction
My name is Marty Hoff. I'm a long time boardgamer and love to play most types of games. I live in the Clear Lake area and am looking around for more gaming opportunities all over Houston. See my boardgame collection: http://tinyurl.co...
What types of games are you most interested in playing (Euro-style, strategy, trivia, traditional, etc.)?

Euro-style, strategy, word, card -- lots of variety. Not much into miniatures or wargames.

What are your favorite games?

Age of Renaissance, Taj Mahal, and Tigris and Euphrates, and Tichu are my favorites.

When did you start playing games? Is it a new interest or a longtime hobby?

Started playing games when I was 4 -- my older brothers taught me to play Pinochle.

Where do you buy your games?

Great Hall Games (Austin) www.greathallgames.com

Meetups in the Making

I want to be invited when new Meetup Groups start about…

  •  Marty, welcome to the HTGA! I hope you'll take full advantage of all of the fun tabletop gaming events we offer on a regular basis. I look forward to meeting you at one of our many events. If there's anything I can do to help facilitate your tabletop gaming enjoyment and HTGA membership, please let me know.
