Once again Sam will be hosting an afternoon of boardgames at Guardian Games from 12:30 until about 8pm.
This has been a great event with a lot of regulars, and we always welcome new faces...
We play all day, and we have enough people for several different groups of us, so if you can't show up at 12:30, you can always jump into the next game! Read more

What's New?
-
"I just recently picked up "Power Grid" and "In the Year of the Dragon", I've been a big fan of Euros for awhile, and am always looking for new games to play, and new people to play them with!"
-
"I think I know what Euro games are but I am not sure. Is the Catan series considered one?"
-
"I enjoy playing a full range of games, from most card games, to strategy games, board games, word games, you name it."
-
"Board Games, Online Play, Game Design, Play Testing"
-
"My Wife and I live in Outer SE, no kids, a Boston Terrier. All the people we know our age have kids and like to stay home. Looking for like minded buddies to hang out with!"
-
"Hey welcome. Very good game of Power grid, I was sweating till the end. Hope to game again, sometime."
-
"Totally addicted to board games. I love playing, but always seem to play too fast to really think through all the options... so I rarely win. *smile*"
-
"Alas, tax season and spring have combined to force me to cleanse the shelves of under-played games. Can do hand-offs at Rainy Day Games or on Thursday game nights at the Lucky Lab. All items have all pieces;..."
-
"Hey Scott, As per our conversation over BSW Princes of Florence, Ryan's game night is on Thursdays. We usually start up around 7:00 and go until around midnight, sometimes later if people are up for it (NO CLOSING TIME!). I can pick you up around 6:30. Let me know if you are up for it this week. Later, Rich"
-
"I'm not a huge gamer, but have enjoyed a local games group I've been a part of for many years. Most familiar with a lot of German games, and the more traditional family games, cards, etc. Like to learn new games and meet new people!"
-
"Greets. I like most of the euro games, rail building train games, miniatures, and savage worlds. I picked up a game once at a Catlin Gable rummage sale, it was France 1940 by Avalon Hill, and was forever hooked; no more Monopoly and Life."
-
"I enjoy learning new games though I dislike games like Balderdash where you have to make stuff up!"
-
"Always cool to see new people come gaming. Looking forward to playing you. What kind of games do you dig?"
-
"I got demolished playing both Great Wall and Alhambra, but thanks for teaching those games"
-
"Anyone know how to set up google reader to get an RSS feed of this group?"
-
"Great to meet you and Violet. Hope to play again sometime soon."
