Introduction
I'm a writer/editor/sports
geek/trekkie/comics fanboy who occasionally finds time to play games. Despite all odds, I find I'm not alone in this.
What was your favourite game as a kid?
Risk.
What's your favourite board game now?
Machiavelli, an out-of-print Diplomacy variant set in Renaissance Italy. Of the games still in play today, I'd probably say Risk 2210, Settlers of Catan, Twilight Imperium, or the Battlestar Galactica board game.
What's your favourite restaurant in Louisville?
Jucy's Texas Pit Barbecue (though technically, it's in Oldham County by about 100 yards).
Are you a Geek?
If I'm not, I shudder to think who is.
Do you read Science Fiction or Fantasy?
More science fiction than fantasy--Charles Stross and John Scalzi at the moment--but mostly I'm a comic book guy.
